25 years of age, Valid Class A CDL issued by state of residence, 2 years driving experience ( some exceptions) 2 years verifiable background and work history, Pass a DOT physical examination, drug test and comply with all FMCSA rules and regulations.

No major violations in 5 years, no speeding violation 20 MPH over posted limit, no more than 1 moving violation in the past 12 months, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months and no more than 1 chargeable accident in the past 3 years.
